FAQ & Our Terms of Service
I believe that ordering a custom homecoming mum or garter online should be simple and effortless, therefore I have provided some frequently asked questions and answers, and our terms of sales. These sales terms are provided to make ordering a custom mum or garter a positive experience and as easy as possible for you.
You will be asked to indicate that you have read and agree to these terms at the end of the online order form

We make every effort to take your calls between 4:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

30-minute phone and Facebook consultations can be scheduled throughout the year based on our production schedule.
In-person consultations can only be made from January - June.
I Want to Order, but Don't Know if there Will Be a Date?
I always recommend ordering your mum regardless of date status. This will ensure you will have a custom designed mum inspired by you.
If your there situation changes and a date is now part of your Homecoming memories we can always create a matching mum or garter and add names to them. Just let the date know you ordered early from your mum lady and she is more than happy to add a matching item. We can discuss the expenses at that time.
Placing your order can happen in a variety of ways, however, they both begin the same way. Please visit our photo gallery for inspiration making notes of size, colors, braids and what you would love to see on your mum. This will expedite our consultation in the right direction for your beautiful creation.

2. Fill out the Inquiry form previously mentioned on the Contact Us Page and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
NOTE: this is not the most expedited way to place an order as you will be contacted as quickly as I am able to reach back out to you by phone and those being ordered online are placed in line for production immediately.
How to Order | When to Order
Mums are made in homecoming date order. It is better to order earlier, rather than later.
Order at least 14 days before your homecoming date to avoid the $35 late order charge.
Shipped orders should be made at least 14 days before your homecoming. All mums and garters are shipped via FedEx Ground on Monday and Tuesday the week of your homecoming. This is typically about $35 and one to two days shipping within Texas but is not guaranteed.
How To Pay
You pay for your mum or garter at the time you place your order. Pay securely with your debit or credit card via PayPal.
Cash payment is only available following the placement of your order and paying a deposit equal to half of your order total. The remaining amount may be paid cash at the time of pick up.
I also offer a great referral incentive program which can allow you to save money on your mum or garter. Don't forget to ask me about the "Referral Incentive program".
Pick Up and Shipping
Where do I pick up my order? Pickup is at my home in Spring, TX. The address will be sent via text on the completion of your creation. Delivery is not available.
When do I pick up my order?
Mums will be ready for pickup from 5 pm to 8 pm on Tuesday before your homecoming.
If you need your order on a different day, please let me know before you order, so that we may determine the availability. This must be done at the time of ordering.
When will my order ship?
Shipping is via FedEx Ground. Times are not guaranteed. I ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. Most orders in Texas arrive in one or two days. Orders outside of Texas may take up to 5 business days.
I am not responsible for missing or damaged packages. Please contact FedEx to make claims for lost or damaged items.
What If They Break Up or Other Unforeseen?
Simple changes, such as names, are free as long as they are within a week of your pickup date and we are able to make the changes without major design issues or damaging the creation.Major changes such as color or size can be made if they are made and paid for before any work has been started. Differences in price will need to be settled for the change to take effect.
Major changes such as color or size within the 14-day time frame can only be made on a case by case basis depending on my design schedule. They will incur the $35 late order charge, plus any differences in price. ie changing from a single to a double.
